I've beaten Nikeeta already, but I haven't gotten the Ornithologist Badge yet though Nikeeta is unlocked in the Crown Shop. Anyone know why?

I also have gotten Nanu Nanu (I'm a privateer), but I haven't got the badge Manini either.

Is this just because they've taken away badges like that?
