Way of the Sword--Final Fight--Moosashi Missing!

Hi! I'm at the final fight with Moosashi in the 'Way of the Sword' quest. During my first attempt to beat him, my companions and I got thrashed, and we fled. However, now when we return to the Tower of the Sword, Moosashi is not there, and so we can't re-start the battle and therefore finish the quest. At first, I thought that there might be a cooling down period and so I left it alone for a week. But when I tried again this morning, he is still not there, and so it appears that I'm stuck.

Is this a bug, or do I need to reset it some how.

I just want to give a big shout out to the Kingsisle/Pirate101 technical support staff. They fixed the issue via private email, and we're up and running again with a newly promoted El Toro.
