Can't train at witchdoctor trainer..

So I went to visit Madame Vadima, the witch trainer. However, even though I was the appropriate level to learn the new spell, I noticed I still could not train there. I am level 58, and the spell that was required to learn the new spell was mournsong (I did not know mournsong) So can somebody help?
