HELP!

Hi, I am a level 9 swashbuckler and I just finished helping the three ghost rats in Blood Shoals. However, when I went to talk to lasko, (to be honest I kind of skipped over the dialogue) after he finished talking no new quests were assigned to me. I then watched videos on youtube about the quest, and when I went to go talk to captian Ahab at Johnahtown, nothing appeared. HELP!

To be honest you could just make a different pirate and do it again it only takes 2 - 3 hours. Don't worry i also got glitched and didn't get a companion that is apart of the story line -.- go figure.
