Where is the quest that opens port regal skyway?
I have searched for a while now and cant find anymore quests. I even got to the wild west area and found nothing.

Try going to Scrimshaw and take the quest Merry Read (close to where Nim is) gives you. Follow that quest and it should lead you to the quest into Port Regal.
