I discovered this while trying to do, u'm something alternative with my questing. I forget why but the issue is that you can pick up the quest "covering up tracks" before gracie conrad joins your crew. That's all well and good, except gracie has some lines in the quest line. So if someone does things in the wrong order, like I did, You get gracie talking when you technically haven't met her yet.

Quite an easy thing to fix really. Just move the prerequisite so that you cant get that quest until after blowing up the beachhead.
