Animation when fighting Armada Ships

When fighting Armada Ships, the attack animation is at a 90 degree angle to what it is for fighting other ships. Also, the Imperial Serpent Horn with the Great Serpent attack (Royal Navy Frigate) does not seem to have any animation (it does have animation for other enemy ships) at all but there is damage being done to the Armada Ship.

Wow that sounds familiar. This was happening a while back. It was doing it with the mermaids/sirens when I saw it, and the same with the Serpent. Did that old bug lay some dormant eggs that just hatched?

It's been doing it for at least a month or two. First noticed the effect in Port Regal Skyway and then Hamamitsu Skyway. Also noticed it in the Test Realm so I don't think it has been fixed yet.
