I have repeatedly tried to log in to my master account, however, it always says incorrect. Yes, I have clicked forgot password, and, yes, it says a new one was sent... however, I have received nothing in my email. Please help ASAP

Try checking your spam folder. Your email provider may not have recognized the name and sent it to spam.
