Battle Royale - and not getting oppoents

Myself and two friends have been trying to do battle royale.

we all get in the Q and wait / and wait and wait /

30 min go by / we are all in the Q waiting for it to find opponents / and NOTHING.

is there something wrong with your system ?
Is there some limit on who can fight who ?
is there some limit on how often or how many times you can fight someone ?

Really need some answers from the people at KINGS ISLE / not comments or guesses by other players
