Buffs are present after their duration has Expired

I've noticed in several matches that occasionally the effects of buffs are still present after their duration has ended. I've noticed this mainly in the defensive buffs aka Valor's Fortress, Leviathan's Call, etc. This may also be happening with the Stat boosting buffs like Wind Spirit or Call to Arms.
