Burly's Treasure Chest

After defeating Dan Drake the treasure would not open and the quest still wanted me to defeat Dan Drake who was obviously not there.

After exiting now the quest is unavailable.

* What was in the chest anyways?

Yeah, you complete the quest and it disappears from your quest log (or at least it should) but the Quest Arrow still shows that you have the quest.
