Can't redeem old prizes

Hey, this might not be a glitch but I can't redeem any of my present stuff. I don't know why, but it always says "failed to redeem gift". It might be because it's really old, I like to save stuff, but now I can't redeem any of it. Sorry if I'm just being a pest.

Ahoy!

This is a known issue. Try logging out and back in as well as going to the character screen, switching characters and then switching back. Then try to redeem the gift again. This may help.
