Catbeard Flanking problem

Ever since I battled ettins yesterday, Catbeard's flanking ability hadn't been activating.
and today he only did it like one time.

I have the same problem expect it is not working for any of my compaions. So far this is only a problem with ettins.

Hmm.... Maybe Ettins are able to keep watch in both directions...?
