i doing this quest but ive been defeating them for 3 day and im on about 16 hours a day and i have yet to get the (perfect sky snake egg)

If I remember correctly the eggs should be in Big Sky, If not try Santa Pollo Skyway.

This bug was recently fixed. From the update notes, "Fixed the Quest Helper and map information for "The Perfect Egg" quest from Sister Snake."
