companion guaranteed critical hit bug

I've noticed that subudai and dead mike use their rank 3 critical attack when it says it will be a rank 2 attack. I'm not sure if its the same with other companions but now they're promoted their guaranteed critical is a rank 2. please fix this because rank 3 guranteed critical is very useful.
