Correct the sigil for the Temple of Toloc Instance

The sigil label for the Temple of Toloc still reads "Mysterious Tunnels" rather than the appropriate instance name. If anyone is keeping a list of "housekeeping issues" for correction in future, please make sure this goes on that list.
