Darkmoor Ships & Boot Hill

When I was helping a friend reach the Silver Stallion, I fought some Darkmoor Ships and they counted towards the ships I needed to defeat for the quest Showdown at Boot Hill! I don't think the Darkmoor Ships around the Silver Stallion (which is in Cooper's Roost Skyway) should count in the quest Showdown at Boot Hill because it says that the Darkmoor Ships to be fought are in the Big Sky Skyway.
