Double Tap 3 not working for Bonnie Anne?

I've been running the new Moo Manchu tower a bunch of times these past few days and I have noticed Bonnie's Double Tap 3 is not activating all together on Critical hits as it should. I have attacked from both short and long range and have seen the same issues. The game seems to ignore the existence of the epic unless I defeat an enemy with Bonnie.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Confirming this, downgraded Bonnie to Double Tap 2 to get the critical trigger to work again.
