equipment morphing into something else

This is the second time I've had an object morph into something else. The first time was a ship that I bought with gold that changed into a lesser ship which I already had one of about an hour later. This time my armor that I was wearing and have been using its card that I had stitched with crowns just morphed into a lesser armor. I don't want to lose a great juju card.
