Anybody know why I'm getting an Error 108 message from my launcher? More importantly, does anybody know how to fix it?

The launcher worked fine before, but all of sudden it started doing this. Please tell me you have the answer...

....Aaaaand, now I'm getting an Error 107 message. Seriously hope someone can reply about how to fix it...
