Free gift won't accept

I entered a code for a free gift at Wizard 101 and also got a free eye patch from Pirate 101. I was able to accept the Wizard 101 gift but Pirate 101 won't let me accept the eye patch gift. I keep clicking accept but nothing happens. I've tried logging in 4 times to accept but can not.
