Freezing/Not Loading Objects

I have a new issue,
Whenever I load into the game I can't talk to anyone, nor anything loads, for example the AI's who I talk to or sell items are just the wooden people with a staff. Also any barrels or props that are for decoration are just white lines. As well as If I press 'x' to talk to the AI's my Pirate101 freezes, also whenever a cut scene occurs it freezes. Any suggestions/solutions?
PS, I already deleted "config.xml" under my Pirate101 folder in bin.

I would suggest uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. Since your character information is stored on KI's servers, you shouldn't lose any data.

If that doesn't work, contact support under the HELP menu above.
