Frogerale Compound Isn't Showing in Team Up Ledger

So my baby musketeer has been waiting for a few minutes at the Frogerale Compound in Banditoad Trail, and no one was appearing to want to help, so I logged in my other account to go to the Team Up ledger, since I have someone working on the Team Up badge.

The only Team Up listed was Hidden Valley Ranch. I canceled the team up on my Musketeer and restarted it, I refreshed the list on the ledge, but the Frogerale Compound did not appear.
