Gortez quest

While doing the last part of the Gortez quest in the Temple of the Gold Monkey, you have to activate 4 totem statues. My new Musketeer companion, Ghor from the Grizzly Beast pack, when activating the totems has no sound and no shooting animation unlike when my other companions do the same thing. Thanks.
