Hold the Line 3 not working?

Hold the Line 3 says it is supposed to reduce dodge, but it only shows "Immobilize", Reduce dodge is not shown on the enemy.

It only lasts for 1 turn, so it might be gone before you have a chance to inspect the popup.

At the very least, you should be seeing "Reduce Dodge" fly over the target's head at the same time he is immobilized.

I'll check it out!
