I paid for a membership and its not working

I paid for a one-month membership two days ago and its not working. On my profile it says i am a member but in the game i get the message to buy the area or become a member. I've been a member twice before and this has never happened. I've contacted support and have received a response, but I've sent three replies over the course of 23 hours and no acknowledgment.

I've logged in and out dozens of times and restarted the game even more.

What is going on?

Have you tried running a disk clean-up?

In talking with Customer Support it sounds like you might have accidentally purchased a membership for Wizard101 instead of Pirate101. They have corrected this and sent you a response.
