I was trapped!

When I collected the Captain Gunn's treasure housing item, I got trapped in it! Can there be some invisible wall to protect us from being trapped like Ratbeard was? (This was in Waponi Wu dungeon) I wasn't able to collect the Funky Bunch!

Oops, I forgot to check back on this post, Yes, I was able to return to the dungeon and collect those funky bunch bananas.
