Issues with Badges

Hello, when I defeated Moo Manchu and completed "Emperor Moo" quest, normally I should obtain "Savior of Mooshu" badge, but it seems I was not awarded. Then way later I completed my Subodai promotion quest and I got "Kaizoku no Sensei" badge and only then finally I immediately got "Savior of Mooshu" badge and Celestial Dragon pet, as if it also requires me to promote starter companion.

Meanwhile I am sure I completed every side quest and also checked many times if I really didn't missed any, but I cant get Book 12 Side quests completion badge...
