It wont let me in!

Everytime i choose a charecter it wont let me in the game, it gives me a message that there has been an error and to try again, so i did, but its been going on for hours, i bought membership yesterday and it just wont let me in ,

Oh oh! It sounds like you have a bad bug that will need to be fixed by Customer Support! Please contact them at Support@Pirate101.com and let them know your stuck character's name. They'll be able to reset your character's position in the world, which will make it so you may play Pirate101 with that character again.
