Karo's Lair and Team Up Ledger

If Karo's Lair is on Team Up Ledger in Skull Island's section and someone tries to team up for it, Once the confirmation messages shows and everyone confirms, It doesn't teleport everyone to the dungeon to start it. Instead it sends you to Skull Island Docks near a Life Fountain a minute later. Anyone else seem to be experiencing this issue?
