How do I assign my companions to keel-halling? On each of my pirates. Keel halling just... Isn't there...

What level are you? What level is the companion? How many training tomes do you have?

1.Your companions must be at least level 8 to be assigned tasks.
2. The companion must be your level or higher to Keel Haul.
3. You can't assign Keel Haulin' if you have 10 tomes.

I am level 65. The companion is level 54. And I don't have any training points at the moment.

As Anecorbie mentioned, you'll need to choose a companion your level or higher.
