During the last couple or few days my level 65 ships have been having a lot of black bars over them, like where their windows and the like ought to be. I thought perhaps it was a loading issue but it can't possibly be that as they will load up when entering new skyways just fine then go to the blacked out parts state and then when I go to another area of the same skyways return back to normal. This never used to occur.
