Today I was walking to the transportalor, and I saw Don Ready walking through the air.... Is this a bug?

I have seen this too and my shutterbug kicked in when as jaw dropped and I managed to catch it here. I feel like someone submitting a home video of a UFO sighting lol The vendor slid right past me, without moving his feet, all along the docks and sailed off into the sunset. Totally cracked me up.
