missing items

So i just got the medusa blades a few days a ago and went into my bank to put it there. the next day it is missing and the the gorgonieon necklace and english bills jacket could some one at ki why happens it happens with my stuff, it has happened with my underdogs cleaver and it came back into my bank a few days after i put it in some how. could someone pls help me
