Missing Side Quests

Hi,

I don't know if this is a known bug or not, but at certain parts of the storyline I am supposed to get side quests from certain NPC, when i reach the point where i can collect that side, the NPC has no recognition of the Yellow . For example, Lorena Larker was supposed to give me "Lonely Dove" and even when I'm all the way in MB, she still doesn't give me the quest. This as a result prevents me from gaining certain book side quest badges.

Side note: Is it possible to get a list of what side quests a certain person still needs? Or plainly, a quest finder? LOL

Let's take a look at this again when you're on the upcoming Test Realm and see if it's still happening -- perhaps we could narrow it down at that point.
