Well the chests apperence did change!!!
yet his special imperial chest still does not seems to spawn at the end of the last floor battle
I will do a few runs of the tower to make sure I am correct.

perheps you made it that all the chests at the last floor can drop the imperial gear feel free to tell me XD?.

OK I am happy to confirm you can get the imperial gear now from moo manchu
after a bit of grinding my friend mange to get one pieces of the imperial gear so there is no longer bug :) GL with framing the tower again boys
