Multiplying Flag Emblems

I've been noticing this issue for a while now but wasn't able to post it due to not having a membership.

In dock areas of any world, ship flags both on the docks and on the ships at the docks will show multiple emblems in a tile pattern instead of the single emblem they're supposed to be. It happens more often than not on all of my characters and in any realm. While it's not more than a minor problem, it's still somewhat annoying.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Don't worry, my friend, you're not the only one who has experienced this. I've seen it happen with my brother's flag and sometimes with my own. Though since changing my flag background to one of the Yuletide ones, I haven't noticed it.
