Not being able to finish a Quest

Hey guys my Swashbuckler is in cool ranch he has to get a key for a crypt in boot hill and I have done 20 battles for it and i still haven't gotten the key. Where as my friends have done the same quest and gotten the key within 10 battles. This Bug/glitch thing is really really annoying and it is making me rage Quit.
