Pirate 101 Character not loading.Please Help!

I've purchased membership for pirate 101 not long ago. and a few days ago my main character couldn't load into the world it just keeps on coming up with an error i didn't know what to do. And now it just stays like that. My older brother plays Pirate 101 and we use the same computer but his one works fine. Please Help
