Possible Striped Bumbaloon bug

I am level 27 Privateer and my Egg Shen is Tier 2. Egg Shen will attack, then trigger Relentless, which triggers the Bumbaloon's Vengeance Strike. This triggers Egg Shen's First Strike, and once completed the Bumbaloon will use Vengeance Strike 2-3 times before going to the next person attacking.

Hi! This is as designed. The Striped Bumbaloons have a higher level of Vengeance Strike than their regular Buffaloon counterparts.
