Power arrangement problem

ok today i got the move mojo blade for my swashbuckler from bishop and when i put it in the front ( power 1) it doesnt appear in battle at all like it is not even a move of mine. i dunno what is wrong but does anyone know how to fix it or ideas on how to stop this bug please

Hi! We've tested out the Mojo Blade power from Jack Ketch's Jacket, and it appears to be showing up in combat correctly; however, it is not "guaranteed" to always show up when it is in the first slot -- this is as designed.
