Quest - Lost Keepsake - glitch

In Miranda, there is a quest “Lost Keepsake”. The quest is given to you after you find a Locket and you have to return it to its owner even though that owner is dead. The weird thing is the Locket appears to be on a rock and, after you take it, the indicator for the Locket (the name over it) just hangs in the air with nothing below.
