Samoorai Galleon Rudder

This is just a small cosmetic issue. Some, if not all, of the rudders on a Samoorai galleon are positioned just a little too high and don't quite synch up to where they're supposed to be. This just results in them not appearing fully attached to and/or poking through the hull and deck.
