Skeletal Cowboy Animation Inconsistency

In Scorpion Deep, when you enter it for the quest Taking a Dive, Skeletal Cowboys appear as their spirit form, but in combat when defeated, their animations returns to their physical form.

I also had this i think it is just normal.
