Team Up Ledger Glitch

Me and my Pirate 101 friend Dandy Stephanie were trying to get into The Tower Of Moo Manchu but there was an issue regarding 2 teams. Apparently until we grouped up and tried again, there was 1 team of 3 and 1 team of 2, yet the team up ledger only showed the team of 3. Please fix it so the team up ledger can show 2 teams for the same dungeon.
