"The item failed to redeem" bug.

For as long as I can remember this bug has existed in the game where you can't redeem items in the gift window. Sometimes you can but most of the time you can't, and this bug occurs regardless of whether you access it from the gift box or the crowns, membership and redemption options tab. If this bug can be fixed that would be great, thanks.
