"The Plot Thickens" Designated as Main Quest

In the quest “The Plot Thickens” (Lady Heathcliffe – Party Barge), I am fairly sure that it was meant to be a Side Quest and not a Main Quest. At the moment, when we get the quest from Lady Heathcliffe, it show as a Main Quest with a Gold Chalice in the upper left Corner of the Quest description. Up to that point and beyond that point all the quests leading to and going from this one are shown as a Side Quests.
