this glitch continues to happen to me

Never seems to be an exaggeration, what are your companions level in comparison to the enemy. You've got to take into account the enemy's dodge, armor and hit bonuses, also.

Have you taken into account the opponents dodge and accuracy, as the opponents dodge and your accuracy are taken into account to give you your final hit chance?

what lvl are you and what opponents are you fighting?

What companions are you using?

and, what lvl are the opponents?

This bug it feels like it started late Marleybone.

i mostly solo and I maxed out accuracy and dodge.

The rest of Aquila i notice my companions NEVER hit nor dodge

my companions are around level 60-63 and my level is 65

I commonly play solo if no one helps me
