Two Gunnery Powers

I was playing on my Privateer and I noticed I had two Gunnery powers. I'm not complaining or anything, but I just thought that it was odd that I had two of them, and none of my equipment gave me an extra Gunnery. I think this was caused from the update, but even then I'm not very sure. If you could look into this, I'd be very thankful. ^^
