Valencia Dungeon Bug Issue

Hi I'm reporting an issue regarding the dungeon in Valencia, first of all when I am about to win the targets hit like crazy.Both the Main quest and a side quest,it won't let me repeat the quest and even i did the requirement, I have to start again.

This is a total mess, I don't mind the difficulty jump. What I mind is a bug that won't let me continue, and/or repeat every time I'm defeated in a dungeon and have to do the quest all over again.Please fix this bug, I have encountered.
